Word/Play: Abstracting Language

Word/Play: Abstracting Language is a permanent collection installation that explores the abstraction of language. The exhibition brings together artworks in which alphabets, characters, symbols, and glyphs dissolve into formal patterns that defy determined meaning. Many of these artists attempt to return to a childlike way of understanding and representing the world.
