Luc Tuymans: Silent Music

The exhibition Silent Music departs from the hidden forces in the work of Luc Tuymans. Subjects such as the evil of war, visual memories of colonialism, and the idea of the uncanny seem to be veiled in Tuymans’ work by his characteristic palette, painting style, and his method of creating ‘images of images’.
