The Event of a Thread

Anni Albers described the event of a thread as the possibility of constantly re-examining and re-structuring relationships and interconnections. The works found in the exhibition The Event of a Thread bring together objects, installations and video essays that carry with them the context of each fabric, its specific qualities and its stories. Thus, they reveal the close relationship between themselves and the various aspects of our lives. The core of the exhibition brings together 16 contemporary artists, each of whom creates aesthetically and culturally charged narratives.
